How long do the packages take to complete?

The process usually takes about 2-3 weeks from start to finish. Typically, it’s dependent on how responsive the client is when we ask questions or are looking for feedback.

When do I get billed?

Since these are package deals, you will be billed up front for all services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major cards (including Amex).

Do I have to pay hosting for my landing page?

As part of the package, you will receive one year of hosting for the landing page we create, but then you have the choice of whether to pay for an additional year of hosting or not. If you don’t want to keep the landing page online after the year expires, we can remove it.

What if I have my own domain?

We can still use that domain for your landing page. Usually, we can put the cost of the domain into a business card upgrade as part of the package.

After this is over do I get to keep my new logo?

Of course! Once we’re finished with your logo files, we will send you the EPS, AI.JPG, PNG, and PDF versions of it. You deserve to own everything we produce for you, including the domain, landing page, and business card files if you request them. However, if you choose to move your domain to another company, we can send it to that new server.

What's included in the landing page?

A “landing page” is a standalone web page that only serves one purpose. The landing page that we include in the Small Business Startup Package will be designed to introduce your customers to your brand and invite them to call or email you.
