A user experience strategy session is included as part of our website design process to address these concerns. Our goal for these 1-3 hour sessions is to pick your brain to pin down a profile of your typical customer.
The outcomes are two-fold. After a user experience strategy session, we have the materials we need to build a user-friendly website that revolves around a specific audience’s needs PLUS the insights we uncover about how you relate to your customers can be used everywhere else.
Brand Discovery Session
Marketing your small business begins with understanding what you want your brand image to represent in the eyes of your customers.
Our brand discovery session, offered as a standalone service or as part of our Small Business Startup Package, is a collaborative brainstorm led by our team.
After the session, you will understand:
- Why does your business exist?
- What is it that you really do for your customers?
- How do you differentiate yourself from competitors?
This information will assist in creating a professional and cohesive brand that is relevant to your customers.
