Challenge

Our office neighbor, Specter Properties, Inc., heard that website designing was in our DNA. After joining them in a quick lunch meeting, we humbly accepted their request for a website upgrade. The firm’s previous site was outdated, unable to adjust to mobile devices and difficult for them to manage. As real estate brokers, Specter needed a site that allowed them to easily upload and edit properties to market to potential clients.

Property Exploration, Made Easy

Beneath a hero image of our city’s fine architecture, our design team created a simple, yet organized display of real estate options. With the goal of easily searching available properties, we kept the navigation menu concise, showing property, broker, and contact information. Colors of the site maintained the firm’s neutral gray and navy blue, for a professional, undistracted look. Our copywriters topped it off by arranging and optimizing keywords through the site’s content, adding strength to its search results for real estate within the area.

Built on responsive framework, Specter Properties now enjoys a user and mobile-friendly website that conveys their brand of quality customer service and expertise.
